Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing services. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Payments & Packages

 

All services, sessions, and packages must be paid in full (or according to an agreed-upon payment plan) prior to delivery.

 

Packages are offered as a bundled commitment and are intended to be used within a defined time period.

2. Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of spiritual, energetic, and personalized services:

• All purchases are non-refundable once services have begun

• Completed sessions are non-refundable

• Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable, except where required by law

 

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes

• Missed or unused sessions

 

3. Package Expiration

 

Packages must be used within the time frame stated at the time of purchase.

 

Unless otherwise noted:

• Packages expire [e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months] from the date of purchase

• Expired sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded

 

Extensions may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances but are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

To cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

• Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a forfeited session

• No-shows are charged in full and are not refundable

 

5. Late Arrivals

 

If you arrive late to a session:

• Your session will still end at the scheduled time

• The full session fee applies

• Sessions shortened due to lateness are not eligible for refunds or extensions

 

6. Practitioner Cancellations

 

If we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• A rescheduled session, or

• A credit toward a future session

 

No additional compensation will be provided.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy.

 

We reserve the right to provide documentation of this policy, signed agreements, and session records to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.

 

8. Agreement to Policy

 

By purchasing services or packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
